ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

ALL PROGRAM ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • High School/GED and/or College(if applicable) Transcript (Official or Unofficial)
  • Two Forms of Identification (Photo ID and/or US Passport) [Legal Name must match on both]
  • Social Security Card (Required for Examination, NO exceptions) *Name MUST match photo ID
  • Physical Exam Report (Valid within a year of the first day of class)
  • Negative TB Test/Chest X-ray or QuantiFeron-TB (Valid within a year of the first day of class)
  • Criminal Background Check (Valid within 6 months of the first day of class) *Available through the school for $40. Click here and attach to your application when submitting it.
  • Urine Drug Screen (Valid within 6 months of the first day of class) *Available through the school for $40.

Application, Enrollment and Document Drop-Off MUST BE DONE ON MONDAY-THURSDAY FROM 9am-2pm

(School is Closed for Lunch from 12-1pm)

*PLEASE REMEMBER,  A STUDENT WILL ONLY BE CONFIRMED FOR A CLASS IF ALL THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS ARE MET INCLUDING  INITIAL OR FULL PAYMENT OF PROGRAM TUITION.*

NOTE: PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEE ONLY WILL NOT GUARANTEE A SPOT IN THE PROGRAM.

RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED PRE-REQUISITES:

  • Patient Care or Working in the healthcare setting
  • Human Anatomy & Physiology
  • Medical Terminology

PROGRAM SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

CNA I

  • Uniform and Shoes for Clinical: Set of NAVY BLUE scrubs with WHITE shoes (not fabric). Students will purchase uniform from outside the school. 

   CNA II

  •  Active CNA I License and Certificate(if applicable)
  • Textbook (Please refer to CNA II Program page for specifics)
  • Uniform and Shoes for Clinical: Set of NAVY BLUE scrubs with WHITE shoes (not fabric). Students will purchase uniform from outside the school. 

      CNA I REFRESHER

  • Proof of expired NC license (within 2 years of expiration)
  • Or Copy of Active License from another state (if applicable). See CNA I Refresher Page for Specifics. 

MEDICATION AIDE

  • Active CNA I License and Certificate
